            This is a topic about TOKAIDO SHINKANSEN.  It is high speed train.  TOKAIDO SHINKANSEN covers the distance between Tokyo and Osaka.  It was born in 1964 before the Tokyo Olympic. This train stops in Tokyo,Shinagawa,Shin-Yokohama,

Odawara,Atami,Mishima,Shin-Fuji,Shizuoka,Kakegawa,Hamamatu,Toyohashi,Mikawa-Anjo,Nagoya,Gifu-Hashima,Maihara,Kyoto,Shin-Osaka.  There are three kinds of Shinkansen on the Tokaido line.  There is the Nozomi,Hikari,and Kodama.  The Nozomi is the fastest.  It covers the between Tokyo and Shin-Osaka for about 2 hours 30 minutes. The Hikari is the second. It is about 3 hours.  The Kodama is the local train because it stops at all the stops.  It is about 3 hours 30 minutes.  I go to college by the TOKAIDO SHINKANSEN from Tokyo to Mishima.  If you have never taken the Shinkansen I recommend that you try it.  It is a fast and comfortable way to travel in japan.  Other URL.
